Police name Co Antrim road crash victim
In a tragic incident on Saturday, Stephen Carmichael lost his life following a road traffic collision in Co Antrim. The collision occurred on Ballyrobert Road shortly before midnight on May 25th, involving Carmichael's black Volkswagen.
The 33-year-old victim hailed from the Ballyclare area, according to a spokesperson from the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI). The police have confirmed that officers from the Collision Investigation Unit are diligently investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.

On Friday night and into the early hours of Saturday, other road traffic collisions claimed the lives of two more individuals. Seventeen-year-old Jack Morrow from the Rathfriland area died in a single-vehicle collision in Co Down early on Saturday. Additionally, a man in his 60s succumbed to injuries following a crash in Poyntzpass on Friday night.
In the Rathfriland incident, a 19-year-old man sustained serious injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
